This privacy notice explains how the SAYREP early-access website handles personal information. At launch, the only personal information we intentionally collect through this site is the email address you choose to provide when you join the early-access or test-user list.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address so we can contact you about SAYREP product development, testing opportunities, launch information and closely related product updates. Providing your email address is optional.

Who can access it

Early-access messages are directed to signup@sayrep.fit. We do not sell your email address or provide it to advertisers. If we later introduce a mailing-list or form-processing provider, this notice will be updated.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and retain it only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask to be removed from the early-access list by emailing signup@sayrep.fit.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not intentionally set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics.

New Zealand privacy law

We intend to handle personal information consistently with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
